Orders, Shipping & Refunds
For PRINT subscriptions
Disclaimer:
Print subscriptions include all future issues released from the date of purchase, until cancellation. If an issue has already been released for print before your subscription start date, then this issue will not be included.
Processing Time:
I try to ship physical orders within 1-5 business days once the prints are in my care. Issues will be dispatched to subscribers upon or slightly after each quarterly release.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary depending on whereabouts you are in the world.

Orders placed in the UK are estimated to take 1-3 business days to arrive once posted, depending on the postage option you selected.

New Zealand, Australia, USA Mainland, Canada and UAE are estimated to take 6-7 business days once posted.

Most of Europe is estimated to take 3-5 business days once posted.
Please keep in mind that delivery dates are estimates and your order may take longer to arrive due to courier capacity and various factors outside of our control.
Please note, Happy Trackin' Magazine is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier service. However, I will always try to assist when and where possible.
Cancelling Your Subscription:
If you wish to cancel your subscription outside of 14 days of purchase, the subscription service will continue until the end of the current pre-paid year. I do not offer refunds for this outside of the 14 day 'cooling off' period.
If you wish to cancel within 14 days of purchasing or renewing your subscription, you will receive a full refund on the condition that you have not already received a print during that time period.
Returns:
I do not accept returns and no refunds will be issued once your order has been posted. If you wish to cancel your order, I am happy to refund you if the order has not yet been shipped.
If your order was damaged in transit, please contact me directly within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the issue. Once confirmed, I will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
For DIGITAL subscriptions
Purchasing a digital subscription will require you to download the magazine file digitally. No physical items will be sent after purchase.
Cancelling Your Subscription:
If you wish to cancel your subscription outside of 14 days of purchase, the subscription service will continue until the end of the current pre-paid year. I do not offer refunds for this outside of the 14 day 'cooling off' period.
If you wish to cancel within 14 days of purchasing or renewing your subscription, you will receive a full refund on the condition that there have been no digital downloads of the magazine during that 14 day period.
